Can someone help me with my school work? Its parenting....its fun but I just dont understand...the question is
Find information on any one of the governement programs set up to help families. What it does, what age level it targets and how parents and caregivers can access it.

Try logging on to your local authority website. the social services pages should have something to help you.

well i know of a couple, one is WIC it provides nutritious foods to pregnant women and children up to the age of 5. it is for low income families. they also give guidance on proper nutrition. also, another one i participate in is called parents as teachers. i have a guidance counseler i guess you would call her who comes to my house once a month and assesses my daughters development and tells me what is coming next in developmental milestones. she does speech and hearing evaluations too. i think that program goes up to the age of 3

WIC (Woman, Infant and Children)
Welfare
HUD Housing

call social services they have plenty/ there is also wic. women infant and children
