your model 12 was made in 1948...being 16ga and poly choke lowers value.condition means alot also..i suggest you go to gunbrokers.com and look up model 12s with polychokes,and see what they are bringing.book value and real value vary greatly.

Probably between $80 and $200 depending on condition. The polychoke has destroyed any collector value.

Are you talking about a Winchester? If so, I saw one going for $400 the other day and now it is no longer there. It sold pretty quick.
