Mango is up there...

I have to go with pumpkin though.

Or coconut? Seeing that you have to break it open with an axe.

Or, even a tomato, if you try to do it with your hands and knife rather than poaching the skin off.

If you think those fruits are messy to oopen...try opening a durian it takes a team of two people, a machete, and a blow torch...XD

mangoes because you have to get a grip on them to peel em, but theyre slippery and juicy
