I have a chihuahua and those are not seizures. Make sure that you get up every two hours to feed him/her!! It is called hypoglocemia. I know..Im just a teenager, but thats what my vet told me when I got him. If he refuses to eat, then give him a little dot of syrup and let him lick it off your finger.

Take your dog to the vet for evaluation. With the right medication they should be able to be controled. Also new studies out are finding that foods with beef, corn and soy may be responsible for seizures in dogs. If you are feeding a food containing any of these products try switching ot a better food that doesn't contain any of them.

Ask your vet. As another said, it's probably hypoglycemia: A friend of mine has a chihuahua puppy with the same problem. But ask your vet and make sure.

The dog could be epileptic or hypoglycemic. Chis have problems with hypoglycemia because of their small size. You will have to talk to your vet about it.
Edit: Goodness just looked at the other answers and seems they had the same idea I did lol. Oh well now you know!

Dogs can have epilepsy. I had a neighbor with one. He took medication, just like people with epilepsy do. When he has a seizure, put a stick under his tongue so he wont choke and wear gloves so you dont get bitten.
