One of our family friend's who is 20 yrs. old says he loves me...and we do risk things...sometimes i get really sick afterwords...and now he wants to do it with me...idk if he loves the pleasure i give him or me...i'm only 16 and idk what to do anymore...

I would highly recommend that you talk to your school counselor or your parents. He is neither a family friend or yours either. Talk to someone and fast, before it goes any further.

He's just using you. Depending on the laws in your state, he could be breaking the law.
