If I Speed past a cop on the highway and he pulls me over and I speed away and let him catch up and then speed again and do it over and over wow that would be funny it's like a game going out on the streets and driving how you want to lol america is really a free country since i can drive how i want so would i go to jail even if i didn't endager just drove in the lane you pull over in.

Being an ex-cop..the law in most states state that as soon as the blue lights come you are right then under arrest.. not like in hand cuffs but its still under arrest, And once you decide to take off thats attempting elude...

You would be arrested and hauled before a juvenile judge. The judge could release you with conditions or confine you to a juvenile detention facility and you wouldn't see the light of day never mind your BMW.

oh,,you,ll go to jail,,and pay a hefty Little fine also,,i done a similar thing when i was young,, actually out ran them,,but when i got home that next day,,they came and arrested me,,gave me a hand full of tickets,,took my drivers license,,till the court date,not to mention impounded my car,,and since i was under 18 i got off lucky,,i got put on probation,,till i was 18,,but don't try this,,its foolish,,and it can get you and someone else,hurt,,er even killed,,when i think back on it,,i was an idiot,,and i don't care to admit it,,just drive normal,good luck,,i hope this help,s.

first when you borrow moms car with all your buddies,failing to stop for blue lights 2 or 3 counts depending on how many times to do this.probably pit you out wreck moms cars buddies get hurt you start crying when the cop pulls out his gun on you.BEST BET DON'T DO THIS BECAUSE COPS TAKES THIS REAL SERIES,DEPENDING ON THE STATE YOU LIVE IN YOU WANT HAVE A LICENSE.
