Sinus infection maybe? Or maybe you are dehydrated. Drink more water. Dehydration is more than just feeling thirsty. It can cause a multitude of symptoms. Try upping your water intake and see what happens. Try to lay off the ibuprofen and tylenol since you say they aren't helping that much anyway.

My guess is MSG which is in a lot of pre-packed or convenience foods. Some kind of allergy or intollerance.
Do you eat the same thing for breakfast?
Morning headaches can also be caused by dehydration and you might just be starting to feel the affects after you finish your breakfast.
So of course try drinking a lot of water. It is also quite likely to be dehydration as these headaches do not go away until you are sufficiently hydrated again.
If you don't think it is or can rule out any of the above you must see a doctor.
Also don't take iburophen every day.

Dude, you have a full blown sinus infection. See a doctor and get some antibiotics. In the meantime, buy an over-the-counter decongestant such as Sudafed and take a hot shower to loosen your sinuses up.

Check out www.hufa.org, the symptoms link, and see if you have other symptoms of low blood sugar. That can make food allergies worse.
If nothing else checks out, also look at the yeast link, and get info on gluten intolerance.
These medical conditions are subtle but can affect different organ systems, in different ways.

it could be that you are waiting too long to eat or you are eating too much of something that your body does not like or is rejecting. For me, if I go too long without eating and I start eating I get the worse headache... pain, is a sign that something is not right... try to figure out what your body is feeling.

What're you having for breakfast? I have a friend who can't eat MSG because it makes her sick.
