You make it sound like a race ; how many people of each side "DIE" every day ?????

The lose does not count like that - for both sides - because when a country commits itself to solve the problem of others, the matter here exceeds loosing merely weapons and war - funding,it also involves losses of lives.

we all know that the size of our Troops in Iraq is not that many," BUT THEY ARE STILL OUR BOYS, AND THEIR LIVES ARE OF A GREAT IMPORTANCE TO US " !!! I - personally - do not care about death counts, I care about saving the rest of boys still stuck in there, waiting for their turn to be counted AS DEAD one day !!!!!

According to BBC news - a non anti war group & non Republican group. Published on August 14, 2006
UK 115
US 2637
Civilian Iraqi 40,091
Iraqi Police 2,280

According to US Military 539 of the 2637 were non combat deaths - wrecks, drowning, health related & etc.

I looked for a unbaised opinion of numbers.

Everyone is so hung up on the Iraqi body count. Don't forget that brave men and women are fighting for us in Afghanistan too (and they all need our support)

Go to www.cnn.com

They are trustworthy and usually have the daily deaths for IRAQUIS, and Americans.
