Seems very much so, and if it does get mentioned, religious motives aren't. Maybe sometimes it gets a small segment in newspaper.

How do you figure that Christian motives aren't mentioned? 95% of the wars in this world are over religion. Most of the mass genocides in the world are carried out in the name of religion. I would say no...violence can't really be censored out in the name of christianity.

You know, I can hear the censorship in many songs played on Clearchannel radio stations, and they are a huge affiliate of Christianity. It's not something Howard Stern would just complain about because he was affected, but something we could almost all hear.

On TV, we cut out a lot of things the Christian church deems impropper. They say they do it for our youth.

On the other hand, in Japan, they run cartoons fifty times more violent than what we see here. Their nation seems to be ok after countless generations grew up watching the most violent cartoons every to grace a television set.

what newspaper do you read?what t.v. station do you watch?
the media whatever the form is filled to the heavens with violence,
murder and mayhem, maybe the news does'nt show you all the
blood and gore of warfare, and theres a reason for that,if they
show what war really looks like.up close and personal, they would
not be able to get anyone to fight there wars for them....and
supposed "christianity" has nothing to do with it.

I dont think so. Infact I stopped watching the news and reading news papers because I couldnt stand the violence of others. A few years ago in a near by town a woman raped her 18 mo. old daughter with a hair brush, breaking both legs, both arms and the palet in the top of her mouth. That broke me I refuse to read such evil any longer.

No they definitely censor any mention of Christianity in a positive perspective.

newspapers/media are extremely Anti-Christ. They simply do not like Jesus Christ. Period.

hmm, it certainly doesn't get censored where I live. As a matter of fact, if a suspect went anywhere near church in their lifetime, it will be mentioned.
