Mark of the Beast?

Question

Do you believe in the mark of the beast? If so in what way do you believe it will come upon us? and Do you think it will be soon or many years in the future?

Sorry I failed to ask one more quisiton. IF and when it comes will you take it?

It is my belief that the mark of the beast is upon us. It will first come in the form of a card. then the gov. will say that too many have been stolen so they will want to implant them. It will be voluntary first and then by force. I believe the process will be complete within the next probably 10 yrs.

I wont be taking it!!!

The mark of the beast is a triangle. Look at the symbol above the 6 key on your keyboards. An equilateral triangle has three equal sides with each angle measuring at 60 degrees. Look at the cover album for ChVrches. The American Dollar has a pyramid and the eye of Horus. On this pyramid there are 72 bricks. 72 names of God. Horus was the son of Osiris the God of the underworld. In Egyptian mythology Osiris had 72 accompliced plotting against him. Isis was his wife...Isis is the first beast. Horus can be interpreted as the Anti-Christ or the second beast.. In the time of Moses, Upon Gods command placed his staff on the floor. Yes, I do believe in the mark of the beast. I will not be here to have to make that choice, but many will. Just speculating here, but I believe that it will be the chips and that when that time comes, it will be mandatory or you will not be able to buy or sell or do anything.( the last part is not speculation; it's a fact. ) None of us know when the rapture of the church is taking place, but I do believe that it won't be long. And within 3 1/2 years after that happens, you will have to make your choice about the mark.
You choose the mark and you can eat, but you spend eternity in hell. It's your last chance to go to Heaven by not taking it.

What is the mark of the beast? How and when will the mark be given out? Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. The beast is like unto a leopard. He has a yellow tint on the outer skin with black spots and his belly is white. Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

2. How will the mark be given out? The mark will not be given out until the tribulation period starts and the body of Christ has been caught out. God and the devil will use angel during the tribulation period. There is one example in scripture on how the mark will be applied and this maybe the way used in the tribulation? Ezk 9:3 And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; Ezk 9:4: And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. Remember that Satan has a counterfeit for everything the Lord God has. God used an angel with writer’s inkhorn to mark his servants on their foreheads. During the tribulation period, Satan will us his angels to do his work. In fact, the kings that are over the nations are angels. Dan 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. It will be like it was during the days of Noah. Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Satan and all his angels will be cast onto the earth and will never be able to get back into the heavens. Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Remember also, that the battles fought during the tribulation period are fought with men on horse back not with modern warfare machines that we have today. Rev 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. Also, during this time great destruction will be upon the earth. Today, we have all the modern machines but during that time there will be no computer chips, etc. because of the wrath of God being poured out upon the earth. Rev 16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

I personally believe it'll be like a social security number, emblazoned with the face or name of the antichrist, and will be akin to a credit card in a microchip (or something to a similiar extent).

As to dates, it has the potential to be here now, or it could be here millenia from now. I just don't know... but I live each day as if today will be my last.

And *nobody* is gonna get me to put anything on my hand or forehead that'll let me pay my bills. I'd be happier dying as a martyr at the hands of the antichrist... that is, of course, assuming that a Pre-Trib rapture doesn't occur (yes, I'm a pre-tribber).

My understanding of the mark of the beast (since the Bible uses beasts to represent governmental powers - see Daniel and Ezekiel as well as Revelation) is that it means involvement with those governments as opposed to God's perfect government AKA Kingdom

As for 666 - the Bible says that is a man's number Revelation 13:18

As for God stepping in soon to correct the problems of this earth permanently, that is very soon.

If you look on every bar code, you can see 666.
Find a bar code with the number six, so that you can figure what what symbol represents six; then, compare it to the hidden numbers at the two ends and at the middle, and you will see that they are the number six.

That said, I don't believe that's the mark of the beast.
The number of the Pope--Vicarius Filii Dei--is 666. But I don't think that is the mark of the beast.

I'm pretty sure it hasn't come yet, because according to Bible prophecy, it will come shortly after the Lamb-like beast of Revelation (which is America) will erect an image (copy) to the beast (the Pope); that is, whenever church and state unite in America, then the mark of the beast will shortly follow.

Many people are beginning to believe that the RFID chips that may soon be mandatory for military personnel, and later, for us, are the mark of the beast. part of that belief stems from the fact that they are implanted in foreheads and right hands.

well i feel like the mark of the beast will actually be a type of chip that will be placed on the hand at birth ,it will be used as identification for everyone ,without this chip you will not exsist so to speak and without the chip unable to purchase ,go to school ,doctors etc etc .....[the love of money will be the root cause of all this ].
i feel it is still many years from now but with technology the way it is may not be that far in the future .
but i feel this is how it will evolve and terrible things will happen if one does not get chipped ----------

Technology, has reached the point to make the mark ( by which you can neither buy or sell) possible...I am speculating soon...within the next 50-100 years.

yes i do believe in the mark of the beast. u will know wen u have to take it. it will be your choice. it will come after the rapture(where God takes his believers). who ever is left will have the choice to take the mark, and have no hope for whoever takes it is eternally doomed. or deny it and u will loose this life but gain eternal life in heaven. i wont be there but i pray that whoever has to take that choice chooses to deny it for God. what will u do?
