When I pray and meditate regularly I remain more peaceful and more loving. When I do these things on a regular basis I stay centered and the rest flows.

I am a peaceful person anyway. I just have issues that need resolving. They are normal issues as we all have. I love so much, I don't think I could love more. Thats because I've learned to forgive those their trespasses against me, and I would hope they forgive me. But I could be much more peaceful and loving if I had someone who could return the same. I'm not talking spiritual love on this point. I'm talking romantic love. We all need it and deserve it and I've been waiting long enough for an answer........

Meditation and yoga fill me with peace. So does the Soundscapes channel on my tv.

Neither. I find myself a little more humble as I confess my sins and ask God to forgive me and help me in the things that need to be dealt with that day.
