Super easy if you have the few ingredients.

Put pineapple chunks (you can even use the canned type, but drain them) in a bowl with brown sugar (about 3 tablespoons for every can), and some liquor (spiced rum would work well... grand marinier might also).

Mix.

Bake in the oven around 350 - 400. It caramelizes when its done, and you can top with vanilla ice cream or something like that.

Cheesecake

1-8 oz. cream cheese
1-12 oz tub cool whip

1 graham cracker crust
Mix all together & pour in crust. Let set in fridge for 1 hour. Top with any kind of fruit topping you like.
This is very quick & easy, and is very good, too.

Take a graham cracker pie crust, fat free, sugar free cool whip, fat free cream cheese (8 0z) and a large pkg. of sugar free jello (any flavor you like). Mix the cool whip and cream cheese together and add the jello powder into it and put it in the pie crust. You now have a nice sugar free / fat free dessert that tastes wonderful. Or if you want the fattening stuff, just use regular ingredients instead.

Buy one of those graham cracker pie crusts, slice bananas in the bottom, make instant vanilla pudding, pour over the bananas (sets up almost immediately). Refrigerate for approx 15-min to 1/2-hour. Top with whipped topping of choice. Yum!
