Do you mean the Patent number? If so, visit http://patft.uspto.gov/

If you are trying to determine a value on it - 99.9% of these old school desks are worth about $10 - $40 - there were so many of them that there is nothing rare about them. They qualify as used furniture and their value is such. Some people like to use them in their children's room when decorating, but that's about it. The only ones that are worth anything are those that were bench-made Windsor type - and they would not have a patent number.

The patent number refers to the official patent that was submitted to the Patent Office, so you could call them to ask when the patent was submitted.
