Arguing with a Christian is like playing chess with a pigeon, they knock over all the pieces, crap all over the board, then fly home to their flock to declare victory

Everything doesn't have to have a beginning. Obviously you would make an exception to this rule for god. Why? What is the basis of such an exception? This is a form of logical fallacy known as special pleading. The solution is to realize that the concept of 'beginning' is merely a matter of perception. We don't EVER witness anything actually begin. What we do is to form arbitrary boundaries in our mind to processes and collections of energy that pre-exist. So then, nothing has a beginning. Dilemma solved without resorting to a magic old man in the sky.
It also makes no sense to say complexity compels a creator and then make a special exception for that creator - another case of special pleading, but even worse than the first one. Obviously the creator must be more complex than the creation by such conjecture, and thus cries for an even more complex creator ad infinitum.
The solution to this dilemma is not to make an unsubstantiated exception, but to ditch the very premise that complexity can only exist if there is a creator. In fact, fractals are proof that perceived complexity can be caused by something LESS complex. In the limit, all complexity could theoretically derive from infinite simplicity. Once again, it doesn't require much analysis to solve this dilemma without resorting to a magic old man in the sky.

Why do you want to be tested. Are you losing faith in your religion?
Okay, this is your test, about beginning.
You see a flag waving (flying) on top of a building. What is moving? Is it the flag or the wind? Or was it your seeing that moves. If you did not see the flag, did it still move?
When did it first begin to move. When the wind first blow or the flag being hang out first? When did the wind first became the wind. Does the wind exist that it moves the flag? If you had not seen the flag, what moves?
Do I exist to answer you this question. Would you mind consciousness have seen these words had I not typed them here? Would it be here if you had not ask this question? What and where is the beginning to all this?
Go figure this out and contemplate well the theories of EXISTENCE, then perhaps, just perhaps, you will know the answer through realization.
Be well.

Say something that will make you abandon your religion? Ok, well this *should* work: "there has to be something so utterly complex that dosent need a beggining that designed the universe". Any religion teaching that crap can't possibly be true. It doesn't even make sense! Everything complicated needs a designer, unless it's *really* complicated, then it doesn't? That's just f'ing retarded.

A christian who believe Adam is the first human created by God in the earth is a naive Christian.
One doesn't have to abandon his/her religion (in your case is Christian) even if he/she knows the answer to the beginning of Time because knowing the "Truth" of the beginning of Time is irrelevant with your "Faith"
The basic fundamental of all major religions is Self realization.
Until you can feel ( I use the word feel, but not use the word understand ) this basic concept, no religion in the world can give the answer because your question is a metaphysics question which could not be answer by exact science but with wisdom from knowledge then we can realize it.

why would you tempt yourself?
being a christian is about more than just believing in something so utterly complex. using that same logic, you should be a jew or a muslim. or a hindu.. that's not the definition of christian.
a Christian, since you seem not to know, is a follower of Christ, and what He thought, and how He acted, and responded to life. Christians believed Christ lived to show us the way and died for our redemption.
You obviously aren't a Christian yet if you firstly want to test yourself to see if you are one. It's one of the worse things you can possibly ask for. I'm really concerned about you. If you want to be a Christian, you shouldn't look for tests (trust me, they'll come whether you want it or not), you should look to continue to strengthen yourself in God.
If I were you, I'd leave the computer for a few, and seriously go to God and ask for forgiveness about asking to be tempted (it's serious, for sure), and ask God to help you be more of a Christian (if that's truly where you want to go spiritually, because I'm unsure right now). You seem young, and inexperienced, but.. um.. you really don't want to invite demonic influences in your life-- because those are the only influences that would try to make you abandon your religion.
Go to your church, speak with your pastor, or with a spiritual mentor, and try to flesh out your journey a bit more.

Greeting as the Quran Says: interpretation of the meaning-2.62] Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve.
[9.30] And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!
22.17] Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabeans and the Christians and the Magians and those who associate (others with Allah)-- surely Allah will decide between them on the day of resurrection; surely Allah is a witness over all things.
There is no fast track to religion if you doubt do with out but as Allah says interpretation of the meaning:
10.37] And this Quran is not such as could be forged by those besides Allah, but it is a verification of that which is before it and a clear explanation of the book, there is no doubt in it, from the Lord of the worlds.
Truth Lies in Belief in the Only True God His Prophets, his Books, Angels the hereafter, etc.
2.159] Surely those who conceal the clear proofs and the guidance that We revealed after We made it clear in the Book for men, these it is whom Allah shall curse, and those who curse shall curse them (too).
.104] Indeed there have come to you clear proofs from your Lord; whoever will therefore see, it is for his own soul and whoever will be blind, it shall be against himself and I am not a keeper over you.
The truth can never be hidden and it will never Islam is a Faith of Proof and is Sustain by it . There is no doubt no confusion.

If you are happy being a Christian why would I want to change your mind? Sure I think all religions are garbage and all gods myths but that's my POV and I'm happy with it. It's not my goal in life to "convert" anyone to being an Atheist.
