u never said how or what happen to u r drunken girl ?! did or u gonna have u r vet perform an autopsied to find out how u r parrot died.and then you b.the judge if it was an accident or not... did she really like the parrot or was she jealous of u r parrot ??

The only way to tell if it was truly an "accident" is to have your vet perform a "necropsy" (that's like an autopsy, only done for animals).
Whether or not it was an "accident", you friend was still responsible for the bird's care, and it DIED in her care.
I'd have her pay to replace it.

I would be devastated it my parrot died. You must be very sad. I don't know if I'd believe her - depends on if she's lied to your before or not.

Do you want the parrot or the girlfriend? Frankly the girlfriend can do a lot more for you than the parrot except for intelligent conversation but if you keep the girlfriend's mouth full you'll never notice.

have an autopsy done to see how the bird died, my guess is she was probably acting stupid when she was drunk and killed the bird by going to far playing with it

What do you think she did to it? Chocked it to death? Shot it? Fed it poison? Turned the cat on it? I highly doubt she did anything purposely to kill your parrot.
