nothing it will stay in place throughout your pregnancy it may get a little uncomfortable depending on what the piercing is a stud or a hoop(i switched from stud to hoop for comfort) as your belly grows and after pregnancy it may not look right anymore and you may want to remove it, but if all looks good keep it in it will save you from getting re -pierced later

You need to take it out when your belly button starts to turn out, it can stretch the whole and even tear the ring out. Just usually needs to be out a month or two until baby is born.

They actually have belly button rings for when your pregnant. Theres a lot of them for sale on ebay!

take it out !!!or,ouch.ur belly button kinda distorts and pops up,so it sounds like the pierce would stretch and hurt.u'll have so many annoying discomforts,u wont want any more !!!!!

It becomes tuned inside out but returns to normal after the birth.Enjoy every moment.

Sometimes your body rejects it,
which causes it to grow out.
Take it out while your pregnant rather than take a chance.

Your suppose to take it out... It can rip the ring out when you start to stretch... PAINFUL..

I would think that the hole would become larger because of your stomach swelling
