the only "rice milk" ive known is the water from boiling rice with lots of water on simmer for about 20 minutes creating a "milk like liquid" I used to give this to my boys instead of milk whenever they had a tummy ache on stomach bugs.

health food stores and organic food stores usually have rice milk and many other kinds of milk (soy, etc.)
Try looking for stores like Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc.

all the major grocery chains by where I live sell it. Have you considered almond milk? That's pretty good, too. It's on the shelf next to the ricemilk.

I have seen it in many grocery stores. You didn't say what state you live in?
You should be able to do a Goodle search and find out who sells it near you.
