Gatorade was developed to help athletes, specifically the Florida Gators, prevent electrolyte imbalances due to dehydration from sweating. Since most people aren't in that situation normally they really should not consume Gatorade just as a drink since its purpose is to replace electrolytes and you would be overloading if you did not need it. You can get water from other sources such as tea, coffee, juice or flavored water but really the best is just plain old water, no additives and no calories.

you do no longer might desire to drink water in any respect in actuality, and no it would not assist you drop some weight. in case you consume watermelon, oranges, drink tea, and juice, soup and hydrate your self in different strategies, this works too. i do no longer drink water ( allergic, specific, that's genuine) and consider at the instant have proved that ingesting the 8 glasses an afternoon is entire nonsense. So, even nonetheless you want water on your physique, the healthiest ingredients are complete of their very own water- that's how come melons are heavy and frtui and veg is- that's the fluid they contain. you do no longer might desire to persist with a loopy quantity and count quantity your nutrients. If it would not have energy, it would not have energy. the biggest harm you do is paying for and arising extra plastic. If i might desire to i might ban ALL plastic being made, ever. while there became no plastic- earlier the 40s and it began ruining my planet with build up and unbiodegradable trash hundreds interior the southern pacific, the planet became plenty nicer- human beings drank from steel or galss bottles. do no longer purchase plastic waster bottles ever.

Gatorade is loaded with sugars, so NO.
Try squeezing a little fresh lemon into your water or make your water into tea--without sugar.

You could try simply adding something to the water to flavor it without adding calories and sugar. I squeeze fresh lemon juice into a large mug of ice water every morning and the lemon helps me to finish the 64 oz of water every day.

actually, sometimes the food that we eat has water in it -- like vegetables. gatorade is ok... actually it's good for people who are dehydrated because it contains some electrolytes. but if you are fairly healthy, watch out for the sodium content because this can cause bloating and water retention.
