He is just way to nice and sweet...but we have no connection...but i cant just tell him to go away...i need something decent to say to him so that it wont hurt him...and im lost so i figured i might ask for some other ppls thoughts...

Do you need a way to tell him you don't want to date him?
Or do you need a way to get him totally out of your life?
On dating:
I'd wait until he formally asked me. Then I'd have to tell him I like him as a friend but would rather not get romantically involved.
On him in general:
If he isn't a stalker (you say he is sweet), I would not mind him being my friend. If you're worried he'll keep thinking the tme you spend together are dates, just be sure to go out in groups never alone.
You might want to give him a 2nd chance. The "bad boys" seem exciting when we're young and want a thrill, but it's the nice guys who are loyal, respectful, and generally better boyfriends. Why not give him a chance & get to know him better?

I think you should tell him exactly what you just said here: you think he's a really sweet guy and you don't want to hurt him, but you just don't feel like there's a connection between you. If you want to be friends with him, tell him that, too - it might help to soften the blow if he knows that you're not just blowing him off because you don't like him at all.

Just talk to him and tell him that you like him as a friend but nothing more. Tell him you still wanna be friends and hang out, but that you don't want anything more than that. That will let him down nice and easy and also still leaves a good friendship for the both of you.

You don't like him at all or you don't have any romantic/sexual feelings towards him?
Tell him the truth. That he's a really sweet guy but your not attracted to him. You'd rather keep things on the friendship level.
If he really likes you, there really isn't a way to tell him that won't hurt him a little. But at least you won't be leading him on. That would be much worse.

Tell him u r not lookin 4 a bf rite now but u guys could still be friends. Maybe if u guys establish a friendship first u guys could probably be soul mates. the best thing to do in relationship wise is to be friends and gain trust then to gain romantic interest.

look if your not trying to see the man then tell him just like that ,, sure it will hurt but it is easier for us ( meaning men ) to accept that you are not interested then it is to be lead along on a merry chase thinking we have a chance,, that is when **** gets complicated and hurt full,, so let the man know your not interested in no uncertain terms or he might think your playing hard to get.. best of luck,

It's not polite to tell someone you don't like them. Whenever he wants to talk to you or go somewhere with you, tell him you are busy with "family or friends."
If he you get an email don't respond. If he calls don't answer the telephone/cellphone. Sooner or later he will get the hint.
