Why are all the establishments in Amsaterdam that serves legal pot called coffee shop I figure the appropriate name for it would be a weed bar like we call places that serves alcohol bars or clubs? What your opinion on that name you know not like starbucks over here.

They dont just sell marijuana, they usually offer psychadelic mushrooms, as well as food and drink.

Why do we call them "clubs" in california? cannabis clubs? that makes no sense either.

I think they want to invoke an image of an inviting environment for patrons.
