Everyone is insecure to some degree. It comes from not trusting yourself to just be yourself. It doesn't matter what the rest of the world thinks of you so long as you are who you want to be. Confidence is developed when you really know who you are and live your own life. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and lose your insecurity. You get used to it.

Try to pinpoint exactly what it is you're worried about. Do you feel unworthy of being loved? Were u unfaithful @ 1 time, so now u assume everyone else is, too? Do you have a guilty conscience over things that are ancient history? Do you find yourself unconsciously sabotaging your relationships in order to prove that you don't deserve to be loved? U are the only one that can answer these things... in time hopefully you will realize that you ARE deserving of love. Sometimes a sense of humor helps; try not to take everything & everyone so seriously. Hang in there!

Dont know how old you are but a lot of time insecurities go away with experience and age. Remember though, everyone has insecurities about certain things...some, like yourself I suppose, have more than others.

You just have to practice over and over asserting yourself and talking to people. It isn't easy in the least bit, but the more you try the easier it will get. You also might want to talk to your doctor about anxiety, because they can really help you if that is what's going on. Also remember that people aren't judging you, although it feels that they are watching your every move and listening for you to mess up, that is ALL in your head. Most people are to worried about themselves and how they look to others to worry about judging you. Good luck!

First, how old are you? Second, the next relationship you have tell him and talk over your insecurity, it'll help. but if you are a teenager you'll have to wait to be secure.

what are you insecure about?
I've always heard that females' insecurity starts to alleviate after the age of 25 or so.

It's not you, maybe it's the guys you're dating. If you feel that you're always worrying, maybe it's him giving you a reason to worry. If you're with the right person, you should feel more secure in the relationship. Hope this helps.
