Well, if they spit on me, a cold would be the least worry I have.
Going to jail for the beating I gave them would be a bigger worry.

Yes, you can i am not sure about the aids things because it has to have blood to blood contact, which requires open access for infection. so back tot the cold question, yes you would or could acquire a cold that way.
