There are some similarities yet average they're diverse. Self-examination and meditation revolve around purely your self. Prayer is extra of a communique between you and God. The similarities contain asking God to help with self-examination so as which you will confess and repent of all your sin. Meditation, interior the form of a quiet time of peace, is a crucial portion of prayer besides. In those quiet situations of prayer is once you could fairly open your heart to God and hear His voice. Even Jesus is shown extra that as quickly as going off on my own to wish.

Self-examination and meditation are almost the same thing. When you examine your intentions and actions you are meditating on what you don't like about yourself and what God needs to change in you.
Meditation can be broader like meditating on the Word and the meaning of the Word.
Prayer is asking for good and truth from God which is related to wanting to reform and regenerate.

Absolutely there is. Self-examination is always good because it keeps our mind open. To me prayer and meditation are practically the same thing and they relax us and give us peace. Obviously, you and I practice self-examination daily. It's one of the reasons that we find ourselves on this site.

Obsession, fear, self doubt. your social upbringing, family involvement, religious training, and self assertiveness.
You have free will. You can live life with gusto or submissively follow some ridiculous ritual of denial. you can assume you offend God and pray or you can glorify him by being free and celebrate all that is here.

Yes all three are meant to hold a light to who we really are as opposed to who we should be. In this knowledge we grow into His likeness.
