3 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 pound kielbasa
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch curry powder

Preheat oven to Broil/Grill.

Pour tomato sauce into a large saucepan, then stir in the chili sauce, onion salt, sugar and pepper. Let simmer over medium heat, occasionally stirring; bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer another 5 minutes

When I was in Germany I just loved the food including curry wurst. The simplest way to prepare it is to get hold of some genuine German Bratwurst. If you are in England you can get them from Aldi or any good delicatessen. Cook under a grill and when served pipe a line of ready made curry sauce the whole length of the sausage. That is what the Germans do. You can also use ready made mustard sauce for an alternative.
