If u want to loose 25 kg in 25 days just have lauki with chapati everyday and have lauki ka juice empty stomach in the morning. So simple just have lauki ki subzi for 25 days 3 timess a day and u'll notice drastic change in urself.

25 kgs of what? If thats body fat we are talking about, you need need 25 weeks or more. You can starve yourself, but it will soon come back. The best way to do it would be to think of all those children in Africa starving coz they dont have anything to eat and that food, share it with them
Dont increase your portions, just share it, you'll find a way how. I do promise you will be lighter, but not in 25 days.

Hi there!
It will be very tough and hard on your body, but this is how you do it.
Stop eating, and stay as active as possible. If you are into working out, then do cardio where your heart rate is elevated for an extended period of time to promote fat burn.
Lastly, drink lots of water.
If you want something more realistic, I recommend that my clients stay at 1500 calories per day and just try to stay active to promote weight loss. If they do this then they generally lose about 2-4 kg per week.

unless you are extremely fat, there is no way that you can lose weight that quickly. it would be VERY unhealthy and you would end up losing lean body mass (muscle) in the process and will be worse-off after losing the weight.
You should not expect to lose more than 1 kg/week - and to acheive that safely you need to be combining diet and exercise.
HERE ARE THE BASICS:
1. you lose weight by consuming fewer Calories than you burn
2. you gain weight by consuming more Calories than you burn.
3. you should be concerned with losing FAT, not weight. There are 3500 Calories/Lbs of fat. To lost one pound of fat/week you have to burn 3500 Calories/week more than you consumed. there are 2500 Calories in a pound of muscle.
4. You should be more concerned with your percent body fat, not your weight.
5. the best, most effective way or burning fat is by combining weight-training and cardio exercise. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. You will burn more calories all day long, including while you sleep. A health body fat percentage for males is 7-18%, females 18-24% (approximate numbers).
6. you should eat 6-8 small meals each day - this will prevent you from eating 3 large meal which will slow your metabolism while your body works to digest the large quantity of food.
As a general rule of thumb, you should be weight-training 3-4 times per week and performing cardio 3-5 times per week.
Consider hiring a personal trainer (ISSA certified) and a nutritionist. The money spent on these services is worth more than spending money on pills and potions.

So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Your only hope would be to get lyposuction and you'd never find a reliable doctor, have the surgery, and recover, in such a short period of time. Otherwise, there's no drug, and not amount of exercise that would allow you to loose that much weight. Forget it and start taking better care of yourself.

dont eat 2500 calories, reduce it to 250, then u will loose 2500grams in less than a month
