He should be confident and make her feel accepted for who she is on the inside not just for what she looks like. In order for this to happen he needs to take the time to get to know her ofcourse. When a girl realizes that she's got a guy who is genuinely interested in her for her personality and character, she will definitely be crazy about him.

I am absolutely in love with my current of nearly 14 months. He is jsut a complete sweetheart.
Don't cahnge yourself for any girl though, stay true to yourself in order to attract the right type of girl.
