i have a slight amount of depression that is growing and starting to take effect and my parents dont know about on my best friend does i just told her today wat should i do

I know you probably won't want to, but EXERCISE. It has some of the same benefits of an anti-depressant. (30 min. a day should release some of that serotonin)
