Pasta and Mince no honestly its lovely. Make your pasta and Mince as usual in separate pots and mix together when cooked. (If you want you can add a little chilli, mixed herbs or garlic to the mince when cooking it to spice it up.) Put into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese put into oven until cheese is all melted and serve.

My favorite easy recipe is one for oven-barbecued ribs...Start with your favorite type of rib, be it baby-back, regular spareribs, etc. Make a "rub" with garlic powder, brown sugar, seasoned salt and black pepper. Rub on ribs. Place in baking dish lined with heavy aluminum foil. Slice an onion and place on top of ribs. Fold foil up around meat. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1-1/2 hours (till fork tender). Open foil and baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. Leave foil open and place back in oven for about 30 additional minutes.....and WALLA.....oven-baked BBQ ribs. YUMMA!

CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.
