Succotash is a combination of equal parts cooked lima beans and corn. Butter is traditional. A wonderful cold salad can be made with the addition of minced green onion, sometimes a minced green pepper and a mayonnaise based dressing. Serve very cold.

It's a yucky combination of corn and lima beans that my mom used to make me eat.
Of course, there are people who just love it. It seems like it had a sauce on it like a butter, flour, milk kind of thing.
