Girls, I want to know a few things about body language in general. Do you accentuate your curves when talking to men you like (i.e., lean against something and jut out the hip, lean forward at a guy to show off the boobs, etc.)? If so, in what ways do you do this? Also, where do you "casually" touch a guy when you are just friends and when you are interested (i.e., shoulder for just friends, anywhere else for more than friends)? Some of my friends and I wondered, so that the next time you all start doing something to get our attention we don't go (??????).

Ok, when a woman likes a man her body language is easy to read if you know what to look for. If her entire body is turned towards you and she keeps eye contact, these are signs you have her full attention and she is most likely interested. If she leans towards you, that's a definite sign of interest. Also you asked about the touching. it's not as much the where as it is "how long" if a woman touches you on the shoulder, arm, hand, and quickly moves it away.....that's friendship....if she keeps her hand there for more than a couple seconds.....you could safely assume that she is interested. Eye contact is very important as well....if she keeps looking away...she's not interested...if she keeps looking down, it's probably because she's shy....if she keeps looking directly at you.....and holds your gaze...BINGO :) hope that helps! Look for a smile, first of all. If she seems happy, comfortable, and calm around you, that may be a good sign that she likes you. When I like a guy, I try to laugh at his jokes or make him laugh, thats another sign. Also, if she tries to impress you in any way, she might like you, too. You can't just tell if a girl likes you by her body language, but also by how she acts around you.

LOL ok we may not do those things on purpose but then again sometimes we do. If you guys miss it then you missed because your not interested and that is our cue to move on. As for accentuating if you dress in a flattering manner (not trashy) then the best thing you can do to catch a guys eye is when he is talking to him look into his eyes. I found the less you accentuate the more the guy notices. As for casual touch if hes just a friend then a hand on his upper arm (like if you want to show them something) but if your interested then something a little more personal but not overt like taking them by the hand.

Most girls use body language to get the guys attention.
If I like a guy I would usually put my arm around their waist on their leg while we are sitting down. Girls just want you to notice them and they will do it anyway they can. Hope this kinda helps. How old are you by the way? That makes a difference.

Most girls aren't even aware when they a projecting certain revealing body language. Most don't do so deliberately to send a message. Reading most body language is pretty simple. Does she make eye contact? Does she have a warm smile when she talks to you? This indicates liking. Does she unconsciously groom herself, straighten her hair and clothes? This means she wants you to like what you see. Any effort to touch means a desire to get closer, make contact. Does she want to talk to you, spend time with you? These are the signals. When she starts sending the more obvious romantic signals, if you don't pick up on those you only have yourself to blame!

Well if i like a guy I will try and walk in front of him and if i'm standing where hell see i turn to the side to show him my curves from the side....as for touching guys if i''m into a guy i really will try and find ways to touch him like take a invisable peice of hair or something.

Well, this is a kind of weird answer for a kind of weird question!
What i have seen is girls biting their lips, playing with their hair, and talking excessivley. (in case you don't know what that means, im not gonna explain it to you, go to webster.com!! haha) We DO lean against the walls, and we usually touch him on his shoulder if anywhere, and we do it a lot. But, if we are in a relationship, it is the obvious one, his hands.

If she's touchin' you anywhere other than the shoulder when you are not standing face to face, she's interested. When you are face to face, and she touches your shoulder, she's interested. The boob and hip thing aren't saying anything. She's just trying to get comfortable.

Well, the best way about it, is to be yourself. You don't want to give the impression you're "easy" or asking for sex....or maybe you do, if that's all you want from a relationship. I would say you should act natural...natural touches, not...I plan to touch him on the shoulder next time I see him. You should be yourself and act natural.

I like to stick my butt out a little b/c it is really nice, and this is for every guy, whether I like him or not. If I really do like a guy I will touch him a lot, I guess my way of flirting, b/c in general I don't like touching people. And you know if a girl is unconsciously mimicking your gestures and such, this means she is attracted to you.
