I'm related to my first cousin because her mother and my mother are sisters. Well my cousin has a half brother by her dad. Her dad is not related to me or my side of the family. Like I said, we are related through our mothers. I started a relationship with my cousins brother and we have been intimate. Some people made ugly comments (trying to be funny) about him being my cousin. Our family knows its not true and so do we so we aren't really concerned about it and it takes a lot to explain which is a hassle. Could any of you see yourselves having a relationship like this with your cousin's brother or would it just be too weird so you wouldn't bother?

When it takes a lot to explain that his sister is your cousin and he is not then maybe you should leave him alone. There are other men or boys to date other than your cousin's brother ( I know half-brother). It's best to leave the family members of other family members alone. It's too confusing for you and others.

well ive been in the same situation..My moms sister who has a completely different father...her son and I are close as cousins...and his brother on his dads side...and i had a fling...for a couple months.people said umm your cousins brother wouldnt that make him your cousin...so i had to explain the situation.

If you have no blood relationship then I don't see the problem. If you were raised with them as your cousin, it could be a little creepy for people.

I knew a girl who was dating her step-brother and that was really weird! I don't think i could do what you're doing, but if it makes you happy, go for it - there's nothing wrong with it, cos you are quite distantly related.

It is not illegal as he is not truly your family. But, I could not do it because the family dynamics are so close he is like your step-cousin. Too weird. Do you live in west Virginia?

i might might desire to believ that they do have intercourse. The church tells you continuously that throughout heaven all targets come genuine. So while i bypass to heaven i visit be with the affection of my existence and we would be at the same time as one in heaven in basic terms as we are right here on earth. Too me, it would be too weird to date someone I was related to, no matter how distant it is.... even if I was only technically related to someone by marriage, I still couldn't be intimate.

I dont think its weird.
But it kinda reminds me of cruel intentions... I know sarah michelle gellar and ryan philippe are not blood-related in the movie, but still... now *that* was creepy!
