How have other religions been influenced by Judaism?

Sacred texts is not the answer. The Hindus have texts that are older than the Jewish texts. The Greeks have numerous "hidden" sacred texts, the Egyptians also.
Modern day Christianity shares the belief in Monotheism with Judaism, as does Islam. Also, there are many stories that are the same in all three. Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham... Islam changes the events slightly from the Jewish version, but the stories are all very similar.
Ancient Christianity (prior to Constantine) looked a lot more like Judaism. Over time, traditions and rituals were lost to distance themselves from the Jewish people.
Shintos in Japan share a remarkable similarity to Judaism in their rituals and certain practices. I am not making any connection, just stating that some people have made a connection and assume that anciently there was some contact.

By their own admission, Christianity and Islam are based on God changing "the way" for things to be and what he wants to be done. Before it was Judaism and now take your pick of the above two. - or so they believe.

This is pretty obvious anyhow, the Jews came first and the others later. The similarites are clear. Judaism was preaching monotheism and its morals (no murder, adultry, etc.) in a pagan world for ages before the others came to be.

Of the ancient religions, only Judiasm had a sacred text. None of the pagan religions had them

Christianity developed a canon becuase it came out of judaism

pretty much every Abramatic religion owes its existence to Judaism.

that includes Christianity, Islam, Bahai

as for Hinduism, Buddhism, and other eastern religions it hard to tell what kind, if any, influence has their been.
