This my favourite egg recipe. Naturally I like them boiled, fried and scrambled too but I make a mean omelette and I recommend this recipe, which is my own, to anyone who likes a tasty and hearty meal using eggs.

Ingredients;
Splash of olive oil
small potato peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
small carrot peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
(Can parboil potatoes and carrot for few minutes to soften if desired. Make sure well drained and dried.)
small green or red (or half of each) pepper
medium tomato
1/4 lb roast ham cut into small pieces (or two slices of back bacon cut into small pieces and partly fried.)
medium onion chopped finely
2 oz frozen peas
1/4 lb cheddar cheese cut into thin slices
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
dash of paprika
2 large eggs beaten.
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Heat the olive oil in an omelette pan or frying pan. Add the onion, peppers, potatoes and carrot and fry gently for a few minutes. Meanwhile beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to the egg mixture. Add the chopped ham (or bacon) and frozen peas to the vegetables in the frying pan and mix well, continuing to fry. Sprinkle with the paprika and chilli powder, mix in with wooden spoon and add the beaten eggs. Make sure the heat is not too high or they will burn. Chop the tomato into small pieces and scatter on the surface. spread the cheese evenly over the surface and continue to cook slowly. When the omelette is cooked the cheese will have melted and the eggs will not be runny on the surface. If they still are heat gently under a grill until solidified. Turn out onto a plate, folding the omelette across the middle so that you have a half moon shape. Serve with mixed salad and enjoy.

I gather you are a lame cook, there are several things you can do with an egg, scrambled egg on toast would be a good starter to begin the day.

Roll it along the ground using just your nose! See how far you can go before it breaks, (has to be uncooked)! I saw that on the TV!
Or submerge it in vinegar for a few days, the shell will dissolve leaving the egg inside the membrane, looks cool.

Me, personally, would poach it. I don't always have the time and patience to have them poached but that is the best thing for me to do with an egg.

A silly one I saw was to pay for them and throw them at the medical students to raise money for RAG week!

There's so great ideas here, even silly ones!, so the best thing to do with the egg is to do what you want to with all these suggestions.

steam it (about 15 minutes) and good taste
You can mix the egg with a 1/5 pipe of water and put pintch of salt, cooking wine, meat (small amout) and mix them together, then put one shrimp with shell on the top.

Were you thinking of cooking it?
Personal preference is either scrambled with some herbs added or fried, yolks broken with salt, pepper and cumin
