It takes time to be a soul mate. Atleast 90% of the views,feelings etc., should be matched with other one.

No soul has a better mate than GOD. GOD as in the super-conscious. Every person i have met has his/her own reasons to accept, understand or like . Believe it or not the human mind is very fickle. Why do you see so many misunderstandings between people ? The secret to life is not attachment , but complete detachment. Oh tat dosent mean you have like an ascetic. Have fun and live life to the fullest. Dont get attached to a person or anything for that matter of fact. If you do, you are sure in for disappointments.Btw i ain't a fanatic or a preacher, Just my outlook on life.

A soul mate is the person who knows how you are feeling and you haven't said a word....
My soul mate knows what I need and I haven't said a word.........
We finish each other sentences,
protect each other from the outside world,
make sure we take our medicine,
take turns making the coffee,
We know when to speak and when to shut up.
He watches chick flicks with me and I watch the blood, guts and gore with him..
I find beauty in watching ducks on a pond and he stands beside me holding my hand.
We are similar and we are different. He is strong where I am weak, he depends on me for my opinions and I depend on him for his.

I think its a part of what you describe above, but its so much more than that.
I also think that we have more than one soul-mate - we are supposed to learn things from certain individuals to solve our own personal mysteries.
