how to make my skin feel smoother. I have small white pimple like calcium deposits(I think that is what they are called) and it is bothering me. I don't know how to remove them.

Get a good exfoiliating scrub and one of those nylon scruncie scrubbys ...any drug store in bath supplies. OR a loofa sponge.
Use this 3-4 times a week apply a good lotion after showering. Those bumps will go away with continued use of exfoiliation products. It should take about a week and a half and you will definately notice a difference. I get little bumps on my legs if I dont do this.

Apricot scrub by St Ives then good soak then good silky lotion also there are very expensive Dr. perscribed creams

i believe they are called "milia", look it up on line. use the neutragena microdermabrasion kit, it works great and should help alot. just follow the instructions for use.
