Unfortunately, fast ways of losing weight are almost never permanent ways and usually are unhealthy for your body. If you do lose weight, most people gain it back (plus some!). Unfortunately, when you lose more than 2 pounds in a week, you start losing muscle mass in addition to fat. Then, when you gain it back, it is almost all water and fat mass. The best thing you can do is exercise at least 30 minutes a day 3-6 days a week. Include cardio, aerobic, and weight training. Your weight is not the important thing; your BMI (body mass index - a measure of how much body fat you have) is. This is because you may gain weight for awhile as you put on muscle mass. Even though you may be gaining weight, your clothes are looser because you are losing fat and inches. However, more muscle mass means your burn more calories and fat. Also, start watching what you eat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meats, whole grain carbs. Stay away from sugars (like soda, juice, candy, etc.). Also, portion size is really important. It's all about burning more calories than you consume. If you are eating healthfully, but still consuming 2000 calories, you will not lose weight. Try to keep your caloric consumption to 1200-1500 calories a day. Under 1200 is starvation and will slow your body's metabolism and hurt your body. Over 1500 tends to be maintenance and you won't lose any weight. Hope this helps!

Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

here's what 2 eat:
kellog's special k cereal (any flavor)
south beach diet products (watch the saturated fat)
granola bars
@ least 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day, and 0 servings of fats (pizza, chips, soda)
here's what 2 drink:
gatorade
slim-fast (i recommend vanilla)

exercise ---and healthy eating ---burn more calories than you are putting in.
a faster more aerobic exercise will burn calories faster than a hard heavy workout, but don't over do it and don't expect over night miracles and the key is staying with it, what ever exercise routine you start, stay with it until you reach your desired weight.

go on a healthy diet and stick 2 it and also exercise dayly for at least 1 hour (this doesnt mean u cant do more than that)!
