1/ much. "Better" is the superiority comparative (sorry, I'm French and have never learnt the grammar terms in English, but I hope you'll be able to understand) of "good". So, you couldn't use "much more" as "more" introduces superiority (?). The two other ones ("many" and "very") can't be used right before "better" as intensifiers. The only intensifier that's allowed is "much"
2/ if she felt. after "asked", you need a word that brings a question. So, it's either "if" or "whether". "Whether" doesn't work here because of the tense used in the main clause (past), which means you need to use a past tense as well in the subordinate clause (?)
3/ has been found. You need a verb in the singular so you can't use n°4. n°1 and n°2 can't be used because you would expect something after "in the park" because they are in the active form (sorry, can't be more helpful on that one).
4/ i would have to go the next day. I'm not sure, but I think it is because of "the next day", which is used in indirect style (but I'm not sure) Or it is because "much" turns into "would' in the indirect style because it's a "modal' (?) (then again, I'm not sure, so you'll have to open you textbook if nobody else answer!)
5/ If she knew. "asked' needs "if" or "whether", so n°4 is incorrect. "asked" = past tense so the subordinate clause must be in the past tense. so n°3 is incorrect (present) and I think n°2 is also considered a present tense (that's how we call it in French).
Hope I helped and hope I didn't make mistakes. Hope it's not too confusing. Sorry I don't know the terms in English. PS: studied English at university, but tend to forget grammar rules!!!
PS: it's "you have chosen", not "you have chosed".

1. Our new apartment is much better than our old house.
2. The nurse asked the patient if she felt better.
3. The lost child has been found in the park.
4. The way this is worded confused me a bit, but I believe it's, I would have to go the next day.
5. The teacher asked Mina if she knew the answer.
You just have to be aware of past and present sentence structure. I wish you luck on your exam!!!
