What this has to do with dental, I don't know, but yes. Saggy pants should be banned. That is the stupidest fashion trend since anything the 80's ever put out. The waist band should be near the waist. That's why it's called a WAIST band.

I personally don't care because I don't wear my pants saggy, however, I don't think they should because saggy pants express how that person is. If they let Gothics wear those kind of clothing, I think they should let people sag.
Have you ever noticed saggin backwards if ******? I wonder if saggin is a racist word.

ABSOLUTELY!!!! They are just plain NASTY.
I frequently envision myself with a fly casting rod, casting perfectly and hooking the seat of some saggy pants guy and snatching him off his feet..
What ever happened to wanting to look great?
And trust me saggy, baggy droopy drawers do not look great.

Only where it is appropriate to tell people what they can and cannot wear. For example: schools, at the office, etc. Other than that, it's not really up to anyone else to say.

mercyful goodness,never dreamed i`d see the day when boys would show off their hinends,i have to think that they don`t realize how embarrassing it is -oh it`s made me laugh especially when the fellows "forget"about them,while talking on their cell phones,& they fall off while sitting down -every generation has it`s embarrassing fads - reckon guys got jealous of girls showing off their boobies & wanted to show off their hinends?

No, because there is no reason to. What kind of child wants to restrict someone's clothing because it looks funny, or they "don't want to see it?" US public school sysytem/school administrators, that's what kind
