simply means you are not yet ready for a commitment or there's something in you that tells you he is not yet the right guy for you.
don't worry....you will know when the right time comes. and do not succumb to the pressures of your friends....it's your life....not their's.

Like myself, I'm sure you've been hurt really badly, most likely several times too. I know I have, and anytime I get too close in a relationship, the first thing I want to do is run! When the right person comes along, loves you, and is patient with you, you'll pull the running shoes off, then throw them away.....like I did. Good Luck!

because relationships are scary. it's hard to trust someone by getting "deeper" into feelings and then the possibility of being hurt by them.
how old are you? you are considered an "abandoner". you drop off the face of the earth when things get close.
you need to speak with a therapist and find out why. there are some deep reasons, i'm sure. be careful of other's feelings. don't be out there hurting other people. find out what's going on with you first.
it could be "i'll leave before i get hurt" or "i'll hurt you before you can hurt me".

it's probably because you have been hurt before...that happened to me and then i started dating this guy (who i am still with after 2 1/2 years) well it didn't hit me that i was in love with him...it just kind of happened when i least expected it...i had to let it happen though instead of shutting people out!

Could you be nervous about comitment? Ask yourself this question next time you feel uncomfortable around him. Why do i want to walk away? Do i feel unloved? do i feel like i am unappreciated? Am i scared of getting hurt?
