The souls of all those who died before Jesus was born went "to sleep". They were in "hell", which was just at that time a holding place for the souls of the dead. When Jesus was crucified, He descended into hell and brought them the good news, and then they made the choice to believe or not..

As for 300,000 year old humans, I have no clue. No one really knows how long humans have been on earth. But, if we've been here that long, than certainly they had souls and when they died, they died just the same way the ones 2 years before Jesus' birth died as well.. and where in the same space to hear the message of God preached to them.

What was their dating method? Most likely they dated these bones by the strata in which they were found based on their presuppositions that this particular strata is 300,000 years old and therefore any remains found there must also be that age. And they date the strata by the fossils or remains found. It is circular reasoning. Humans did not migrate from Africa, that is an evolutionary presupposition not based on fact. The best evidence so far shows that the earth is very young, less than 10,000 years.

Everyone who died before Jesus gave his life as the ransom sacrifice is dead until the 2nd resurrection occurs. According to the Bible, man is a soul and the soul dies, although it also sometimes refers to the soul as being the life of the person rather than the person themself. Either way, it is not just floating around, it is out of existance. When the time comes for the 2nd resurrection (after Armegeddon) it says that the first will be last and the last will be first, so people will be resurrected in the opposite order from the order in which they died (This will help us all to communicate because if the first to die were the first to be recreated, they would not even be able to communicate with us, let alone understand the world as we know it).

"Christianity" did not exist until Christ began his ministry. Basically, Christianity is simply Judaism, with the belief that Jesus Christ is the redeemer refered to in the Old Testament. In the earliest times, YHWH required men to live by a code of ethics, as was evidenced as early as the lives of Cain and Abel. When God freed the Jews from Egyptian captivity, he gave then "The Law" which required them to conduct themselves and their worship in very specific ways. According to The Holy Bible, all souls are currently resting, and all will be raised and judged on the day of judgement. So, to answer your question...their souls are all in a state od rest awaiting judgement. Only Christ will be able to to sit as judge over them.

According to Christian Doctrine they would definitely NOT go to heaven. Of course according to the Bible man did not exist then either but never the less they did not accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and therefore are not in Christian Heaven

Odf course there were no Homo Sapiens 300,000 years ago. The most widely accepted view among current anthropologists is that Homo sapiens originated in the African savanna between 200,000 and 250,000 years ago

they are in heaven because at that time there was a lot of space when the heaven got full, then they hired a private contractor and the result is hell, that's why now we all participate in a raffle and depending on what you get you: can return to live (in which planet is random) go to hell or if you're really lucky (like winning the lotto 2 times in a row) you go to heaven ,... is that clear?

The Bible speaks of Jesus, after His death and before His resurrection, going to "preach to the spirits in prison" (see 1 Peter).

The Catholic Church refers to this "prison" as the "limbo of the fathers" -- although, presumably, women were allowed in as well.

This "prison" was where the souls of the righteous waited for the gates of Heaven to be opened as a result of Jesus' death and resurrection.

There's a similar place (or, rather, spiritual state) for those of us who were born (and who die) after Jesus' resurrection. It's called Purgatory.

Jesus died on the cross and wrestled for the souls who had gone before his arrival.

How do they know they are 300,000 years old, how do they know the way they measure that is flawless or accurate, and who has gone back that far in time to check and verify it?

:)

And Jesus was around before that, anyway.

John chapter 1
"1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.
3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. "

"14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
15John testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying, "This was he of whom I said, 'He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.' " 16From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another. 17For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known."
