Sugar is a natural antifreeze, However honey will crystallize, just as it will in the cupboard. To liquefy it, place the jar in lightly simmering water until the honey is clear and liquidity. You don't need to freeze it. Just keep it in a cool dark place, honey does contain nutrients that are perishable in light.

I'm sure it can do, but there should be absolutely no reason for you to try. Honey has been found in Egyptian tombs that is still good to eat today. This is because its all natural and a 'pure' food.

Honey is all natural and will never go bad. You don't need to freeze it at all. Just stick it in the cupboard and you're good to go.

pure raw honey will not freeze. adulterated honey will crystallize when the temperature becomes cold. this is also one way of telling if its pure or not.
