yahoo and google toolbar have ones built in. windows has defender (which is okay) stay away from download.com or zdnet.com. they have free ones to download but the majority if them come with some sort of adware built in so you noly get certain (i.e. their own) pop ups. yahoo and google toolbar should be good enough.

Install yahoo tool bar, this comes with the antispy ware and the pop-up blocker..It is good at blocking Pop-ups ..Give it a try..
