Weight loss is simple mathematics. Your body requires only so many calories to maintain its weight. If you burn more calories than you consume, your weight will go down. Review your eating habits -- write down everything you eat, and look up the caloric values. Start cutting out the junk calories, then the extra calories, then start cutting out some of what's left. Slow and steady wins this race. You have to be methodical and persistent (and honest with yourself). Good luck!

In my opinion diets usually do not work. It has to become a way of life for you, the eating and exercising. I have been able to keep the same weight for the last 4-5 years by following the plan listed on the source. It does not take that much work or modifications in your daily eating. Some fat is good, it is all the other stuff that is bad for you. I think 1 hour is quite a bit each day unless you are really in to exercise. I do 15-20 minutes 3-4 times per week and it works.

Stop exercising--it makes it too hard for the fat to break down under the muscle--Go buy the New Beverly Hills Diet by Judy Mazel (approx $14). Read the book and start losing. I lost 1 pound every day for the first 27 days of the diet and I continue to lose as I stay on it. The biggest problem most overweight people have is that they don't realize what causes them to gain in the first place. She explains it and breaks the cycle. All my friends (even the ones with just 6 pounds to lose) lost weight really fast by using the principles explained in this diet. I wish you the best--Julie

Hi
Try this plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

once you're determining an hour an afternoon and staring at your energy, you may properly be development muscle and dropping fat on the comparable time. because muscle weighs extra desirable than fat, you may fairly be dropping fat and gaining weight. without understanding extra approximately your workout ordinary and your weight loss software, that is annoying to offer extra suggestion. although if it looks such as you're on the superb song.
