complete spinal cord injury T7-T8 2 degrees to GSW with RMFB s/p CTT right (may 2006) for hemothorax right; UTI

(I need help especially on the abbreviations.... please!)

the T7-T8 refers to the area of the spinal cord injury (mid-back).

2 degrees is shorthand for "secondary to" -- the spinal cord injury was a result of the gunshot wound (GSW).

Not sure about RMFB (remaining fragmentary bullet?)
s/p = status post (previous history) CTT (chest tube?) for hemothorax (blood in the chest cavity) on the right side.
This means the patient had a tube in the chest to drain blood that had leaked into the chest cavity -- probably also due to the gunshot.

The UTI (urinary tract infection) is a separate diagnosis.

UTI-Urinary Track Infection
s-usually means without?
RMFB-Right Middle? F....B....

your T7 and T8 is your lower back i think.

GSW is gun shot wound, I think. and UTI is urinary tract infection.
