who should make the first move a boy or girl

I don't know, I don't really think it matters but I am way too shy to ever make the first move so I wait on the guy. But at the same time this could be a downfall of mine.
If you have the guts then I say go for it girl!

I think that it depends it could be the girl or the boy who makes the 1st move.

girls? boys? what's the real ages? If for adults, yes women can make the first move. If for under 18 - wait until you are an adult to make that decision.

There is no rule stating whether a man or a woman should have to make the first move. If you feel comfortable making the first move, then do it. If not, then wait for him.

to me it could be either or becuase if you wait around for the guy to kisse you it might and might not happen does he know you like him when up and kisse sonmebody I usually be the first one to make a move because some guys are shy but who can tell all you have to do is carry on a conversation then try to ask him what would you do if a girl just came up to you and kissed you

depends on who's interested and the personalities of the two people. if a girl thinks he's interested and she's interested in him but he's kinda passive, then saying something like wanna hang out sometime is a good idea.
