Blue Hawaiian is the best. You'll be able to find cheaper but you get what you pay for. The pilots are informative and the ride was smooth and spectacular. You'll be able to see waterfalls and volcano craters unreachable on land. Shown on travel channel with Samantha Brown.

There are a number of company's on Maui that offer Helicopter rides/tours.
Best is the one that offers the tour you personally want. Not all of them offer the same trips.
Also cost for the same type of tour very from company to company.
Another big thing to consider is type of helicopter they fly. Some are far better for seeing than others. How many people do they carry.
I also use to like certain company mention by others. But look at the accident they had a few years back. A number of people were kill from pilot error.
Another thing to consider is where your staying on Maui. You can get tours from either of the 2 airports, most operate out of Kahului, which is some distance from many of the Resorts or Hotels, or use the West Maui Airport.
