Without getting too technical as to what is a business jet, because any airliner can be converted to a business jet, I would say that the GV and the Bombardier Global Express are the 2 most expensive regularly-designated business jets produced, at around 45 to 50 million each. depending upon avionics and chosen interior.

Given that the word "private" refers to the ownership as opposed to a specific type of aircraft pretty much any aircraft could be "private". If you had enough money, you could own your own personal 747 or even an A-380. Those would be pretty hard to beat as "most expensive."

In production (non custom) models the Boeing BBJ is the most expensive. Its basically a Boeing 737 with an executive interior. In custom models the price can be astronomical, so in theory their is not really one model that is the most expensive.
