I like my shrimp a few different ways: cold as in a shrimp cocktail, grilled, baked, stuffed, fried occasionally. There are so many ways to make shrimp that you really can't go wrong with it!

I like them boiled. Put in some salt, crab boil, onion, garlic and a lemon. Bring to a boil cook medium to large shrimp for 5 minutes and let stand for another 5 to soak up the seasoning. Make a sauce (ketchup, tabasco, lemon and horseradish). Peel those puppies and dunk it in the sauce along with a cold negra modelo. Have some crackers and butter available to cleanse the palate. Mmmmmmhhhhhhhhhh good.
A nice addition is either boiled crawfish, boiled blue crabs or raw oysters when they are in season.
