Do I add the antibiotic to the water or is their a better way?

NO!Birds can die very quickly. If you think your bird is sick,please see your vet. You need to know the EXACT dosage to give ANY medicine!! You could quite easily kill your bird!! Please, take your bird to a vet,its better to be safe,than risk your birds life.

Please check with a vet before you give antibiotics to your bird. The problem may require a different solution than antibiotics and only a vet would be able to tell by examining the bird. If you love your bird, don't skimp on the vet bill.

DO NOT use human meds on birds or any other animal.

Find an aviarian vet in the phone book and take it in to be seen by vet.

I would not give our antibiotics or any kind of drugs to any animal.If you love you animal take it to the vet or phone the vet.

dont give it that...its for infections and bird would probably die...
