It has to be the Traditional Roast Beef with all the necessary trimmings, and a reputable bottle of Red Wine. The atmosphere can be more exciting when you make it a big family/friend occasion/gathering . Fast foods can be a delicacy for some, but I personally refrain from it because it's unhealthy, and can lead to lots of sicknesses, including heart diseases, making me unable to life a quality life.

Sunday roast in the slow cooker. Great gravy and mashers. Mom was a Brit and we couldn't get away from it. I do them all the time and share with the neighbors who think its exotic. Yum.
